Shall we walk together?
If we walk this path together, together we will define its future.
Join our network and contribute with your participation to drive significant improvements for our region.
From Fundación Destino Rocío we intend to create a network with as many local companies as possible.
As a member of the Senderos del Rocío project you will be part of a technological platform that will integrate the essential services demanded by pilgrims and visitors. These services include options for accommodation, restaurants, transport, activities, tourist services, stores, etc. In this way, along our routes we will give visibility to organizations and companies and facilitate the encounter between supply and demand.
If you want your company or organization, activity or service to appear as a point of interest in one of our trails, follow the steps below.
How to register?
- Click on the link below "Register here". You have to register your company or organization in our technological platform: Outdooractive. Follow the steps indicated and complete the registration form.
- Once the company has been successfully registered in the platform you have to send an email with your corporate information to participa@destinorocio.com indicating that the registration of your company or organization in the Outdooractive platform has been completed.
- Fundación Destino Rocío will study your application and a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible.
- Once your request is approved we will proceed to create a point of interest on the corresponding route so that it can appear on our maps.
*If you have any questions about Outdooractive's registration process, please visit their help or FAQ section, or contact them directly.
Paths of El Rocío. Andalusia that leaves its mark
Garrucha-El Rocio Trail
- The first of our trails is, at the same time, the most ambitious, as it crosses Andalusia from end to end, connecting Almeria and Huelva through a thread of amazing cultural, gastronomic and scenic diversity. It will have two exits, one from Garrucha, in the heart of Cabo de Gata and the other from Los Vélez (this variant is still under study).
- 657 km
- 27 stages
Campo de Gibraltar Trail
Coming soon
- From Tarifa, a route of great interest crosses the Natural Park of Los Alcornocales, exploring towns of singular beauty and fascinating history, such as Medina Sidonia. This area, characterized by its pastures, is home to numerous cattle ranches of fighting bulls, which give it a special charm. The route continues towards Jerez, passing through Sanlúcar and then on to El Rocío.

In the first, the path will continue through Rio Tinto, Berrocal, La Palma, Bollullos and Almonte; while the second will start from the Huelva town of Paymogo to continue through La Puebla de Guzman, Alosno, Gibraleon, Moguer, Almonte and El Rocio.
